If you like to design and fabricate your own orthoses our range of pre-formed shells can help you reduce costs and speed up production. The injection moulding process, leads to accurate repeatability in the form, giving integrity and strength to the shell.

Our orthotic shells feature a comfortably deep heel cup, and a non aggressive arch profile. The composite polypropylene material allows the shells to be cut or ground, and the profile can be altered by spot heating or heating in an oven. Modifying the arch profile or distal edge is quick, easy and gives a professional finish.
